Porcini Mushroom Spice Rub

Chef Adam has created a Porcini Mushroom flavor spice rub, available for you to add to your own meals. A special blend of secret herbs and spices with dried and crushed Porcini mushrooms adds a delightful dimension to meat, poultry, fish and vegetables which will tantilize your senses.

 

It's so easy to use this wonderful addition to your meal. For meat dishes just season both sides of the meat with the rub to evenly coat. Wrap and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, then grill, roast or pan sear to desired doneness.

 

For poultry season both sides 4 to 12 hours.

 

For fish season 1 to 4 hours.

 

For vegetables just season prior to cooking

 

To add an even bigger boom to the taste, drizzle lightly with a balsamic reduction. A balsamic reduction is balsamic vinegar that has been reduced almost to syrup. Try it with regular or white.
