When will you arrive at my home and do I need to be there?

A

DROP OFF: You do not need to be there as meals can be left in a cooler that will be collected later. We can make arrangements for the best drop off location.

DINNER PARTY: I usually arrive at least 90 minutes before your event. When I have access you do not need to stay while I complete your food preparation.

What do you do with my leftovers?

A

If you would like to keep your leftovers you will need to provide containers (tupperware, etc) and I will pack and store the food. I can provide containers at additional cost.

How long will your food last us?

A

I recommend eating all the food within 3 days. All the food is prepared fresh and is best stored in a refrigerator. If you plan to freeze any of the food I can recommend freezer friendly meals on your menu.

Who is responsible for cleaning the kitchen after a party?

A

Chef Adam is responsible for cleaning the kitchen following an event.

Do you provide tables, chairs, glassware, etc for an event?

A

I work with a local rental company who can provide such items at very competitive rates.

How much notice do you need if my event is cancelled?

A

I need at least 72 hours. If you cancel less then 72 hours before the event I cannot return your deposit as I will already have begun purchasing food items and other supplies required for your event.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A

Yes, absolutely. They can be completely customized to your requirements. Please contact me for more information.
