Adam Newman - The Traveln Chef

Adam Newman is a professionally trained chef and studied the culinary arts at C.S.C.A. in Pasadena, California. He is now based in Santa Barbara offering a unique and innovative dining experience.

 

Following his graduation in 1999, Adam became "The Traveln Chef" and headed for Europe where he spent five years researching and cooking for a variety of clients over the entire continent. These travels included three years in Spain where he learned the finer points of Mediterranean cooking and other international cuisines. Taking the time to study and experiment, Chef Adam has successfully married ethnic, traditional and home style cooking, blending in spices and foods from different countries and adding in his own distinctive flare.

 

In 2004 Adam returned to California and became the proud father of a beautiful baby girl. He now serves as a private chef for busy professionals, hard working families and even some of Hollywood's Elite.
